Software’s Flagship Product Supports Microsoft Windows 2000 Enabling Customers
to Turn the Internet into Business Advantage
Singapore – Feb. 15, 2000 - Solomon Software South East Asia Pte Ltd., a
leading provider of midmarket financial and business management systems, today
announced at the Windows 2000 Launch, that its core business product, Solomon
IV(r), is introducing a service pack that will give users the ability to
leverage the benefits of Microsoft Windows 2000 immediately. Solomon’s regional
participation will take place in 5 cities including Jakarta, Singapore, Kuala
Lumpur, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Solomon will be demonstrating its flagship
product at Windows 2000 Partner Pavilion during the show. The demonstration
will highlight the new Solomon Desktop, a browser-based portal that connects
all employees within an organization to Solomon IV, enabling them to customize
and organize their desktop based on their most commonly used functions.
Solomon
IV is a Windows 2000 Professional Ready application suite that offers
organizations the ability to manage their business systems flexibly and easily,
with more reliability and manageability than previously possible. In addition,
the combination of Solomon IV and Windows 2000 will enable small and medium
businesses to enhance their Internet capabilities, allowing them to unravel the
mystery of e-business and make e-business everyday business.

Solomon IV, customers will also be able to leverage the benefits of the Windows
2000 integrated Terminal Server (WTS). WTS enables businesses to enjoy
seamless, user-friendly access to all Solomon applications from a remote
location via the Internet, without the need for additional software
installations.
Another
main highlight at Solomon’s exhibition showcase in Singapore will be the launch
of Solomon-ASP Initiative. The new initiative enables small and mid-sized
organizations to outsource the management of their business systems (ERP), and
to simplify their in-house technology systems.
