Jakarta (Bisnis): Last year Solomon Software
Indonesia experience growth in sales as much as 50% with a total of 40
customers until the end of 1999.

Country Manager said that the recent monetary crisis in Indonesia for the past
three years has affected the growth of the company.
"Because of the crisis, last year we can only
increase our sales up to 50%. However, this year, we are confident to be able
to reach 100% increase in sales", said Fredy.
Fredy added that Solomon Software Indonesia started
the operation four years ago. However, due to the economic crisis which started
to hit the country in the middle of 1997, Solomon Sofware has not be able to
penetrate the ERP market to its full potential.
"Despite the fact, we still managed to increase
our customer base to 40 companies from various industries", said Fredy. He
added that approximately 40% of Solomon Software customers are from the
manufacturing industry.
Laurent Dedenis, the General Manager of Solomon
Software (SEA) Pte. Ltd. mentioned that the target customers for this ERP
application which originated from the United States are small and medium
enterprise.
"Until today, we have approximately 300
customers from small and medium enterprises running Solomon ERP
