Solomon Software will make its web site available in Bahasa Indonesia. This is according to Laurent Dedenis, General Manager of Solomon Software South East Asia.

"Currently we don't have (Bahasa version website) yet, but in a near future it will be

available in Bahasa as well", said Laurent during his interview with the Glodok Standard in the Shangri-La Hotel recently. He added that when Microsoft launched Windows 2000, Solomon would introduce a new program that allows users to maximize the benefit offered by the new operating system.

Solomon IV is a flexible and user friendly ERP package designed for Windows 2000.

"Without too much effort (in development and implementation), our customers can benefit

the reliability and manageability of Solomon", he added. The combination of Solomon IV and Windows 2000 allow small and medium enterprise organizations to utilize the internet to further develop their business.

"E-Business for small and medium enterprises has a broader meaning than simply selling

products on their web site. It is more on the ability to conduct business with their partners through the internet and to communicate with their marketing people", said

Michael Rupe, the President and CEO of Solomon Software. "The flexibility of e-business

solution provided by Solomon combined with Windows 2000 are two key factors in the

development of internet solution that allows companies to perform their daily business

operations anywhere and anytime", he added.

With Solomon IV, companies can also gain additional benefit from the integration with

Windows 2000 Terminal Server (WTS). WTS provides the ability to seamlessly access

Solomon IV applications from a remote location via the internet.

Solomon Software will also launch a new Application Server Program (ASP) initiative in

Singapore. This program allows small and medium enterprise organizations to outsource

the management of their business systems and simplify the in-house technology systems.
