Solomon IV® running on Windows 2000 Will Provide Customers with Improved
Internet Capability, Reliability and Manageability

LAS VEGAS – Nov. 15 1999 – Solomon Software Inc., a leading provider of midmarket financial and business management systems, is demonstrating Solomon IV® running on Microsoft Windows 2000 at the Microsoft Windows 2000 Partner Pavilion in Booth #197/198 during Comdex FALL ’99. The demonstration will highlight the new Solomon Desktop, a browser-based portal that connects all employees within an organization to Solomon IV, enabling them to customize and organize their desktop based on their most commonly used functions.

Solomon IV for Windows 2000 Professional will offer organizations the ability to manage their business systems flexibly and easily, with more reliability and manageability than previously possible. In addition, the combination of Solomon IV and Windows 2000 will enable small and medium businesses to enhance their Internet capabilities, allowing them to re-engineer their businesses to accommodate flexible e-business whether it be focused on employees, business partners, or consumers.
