Solomon IV's E-Business Series of software, one of which is Web Manager, could possibly change the way you get your business reports across via the Web and office network. Web Manager provides you with a variety of electronic-business functionality that promises to streamline and securely extend the reach of Solomon IV to a Web-based accounting environment. For starters, Web Manager allows you to execute, view and safely publish reports across the Internet, Intranet or Extranet via a Web browser. Since Solomon Software delivers all standard reports using Seagate Crystal Reports, you can create any report with Crystal Reports and still access it with a power. From reports like Inventory Trail Balance, Trend Analysis and many more, authorized users from across your desk, down the hall or even on the other side of the world can easily check out the latest on their company's sales and forecasts. Utilising an embedded Seagate Crystal Reports Smart Viewer (for online report viewing), Web Manager users can see entire Solomon IV reports in native, real-time format. On top of that, you can perform search-point-and-click functions to hop to desired sections of information. Of course, different users will have different preferences. Web Manager foresees this and has a number of tricks up its sleeves to keep users' "desktops" organized and Solomon IV's data secure. One feature is the Personal and Report menus, where each menu can be configured to display only functions or reports that the individual is authorized to access. Solomon IV Web administrators will find plenty of utilities in Web Manager, some of which include the capability to manage user access rights to Web screens and reports, add and maintain Web reports, and manage Web servers and databases. An integrated utility called Web Monitor allows administrators to see and record Web Server activity in the Web Activity Log. It functions like an audit trail of all Web Server activities for individual users. This is especially useful if you want to keep an eye on Web activity - any time, anywhere. Web Manager costs between S$3,000-S$9,000 per module.
